PRE-GALVANIC
Before the galvanic treatment, basic materials can be purified by surface imperfections in our pre-galvanic department of vibrating, tumbling, polishing, ceramic and coating.
GALVANIZATION
The standard galvanic deposits normally carried out are the copper plating, polished nickel, nickel semi-gloss, matte nickel and anallergic deposit (nickel free and/or white bronze).
All the basic deposit can be custom finished with deposits of precious metals or semi-thick gold flash or guaranteed as thickness and / or aged in the most diverse range of points of color, flash or palladium thickness and/or performed with aged palladium baths pure and ruthenium in three different colors (white – standard – Ultra Black)

POST-GALVANIC and CHECK
All the listed deposits are possible in both the static and/or rotogalvano prcedure.
That deposits are properly controlled with regards to the required thickness by the Fischerscope X-ray system while the color finishing is controlled by the Minolta system.
With regards to each deposit, on request, we can provide certificates of resistance tests to which, the accessory, has to be exposed.
